The project MedRESOURCE - Mediterranean initiative to REgenerate wastewater Sludges for Optimal Use towaRd a Circular Economy – offers tangible benefits for hundreds of local farmers in Palestine, Italy, Tunisia and Jordan by improving soil quality and reducing dependence on chimical fertilizers, increasing water access and crop yields, installing sustainable agricultural practices across the Mediterranean region and supports climate change resilience. At the same time policymakers will gain valuable insights and tools to respond to critical environmental issues and enhance agricultural productivity.

The MEDiterranean pathWAY for innovation CAPitalisation toward an urban-rural integrated development of non-conventional water resources

"Capacity Development Needs Assessment and Planning for LGRDP II Partners on Environment and Climate Change” supported by the Belgian Development Agency. The general objective is to enhance the capacities of the partner organizations (Ministry of Local Government, Environmental Quality Authority, Municipal Lending and Development Fund and Association of Palestinian Local Authorities) to better respond to environmental and climate change challenges at the local governments’ level. To reach to this general objective, a capacity development program for the partner organizations shall be developed by PWEG.
