Strengthening capacitates of Hebron Joint Service Council for Solid Waste Management

Implemented by PWEG in Hebron Governorate to improve quality of living standards with a contract amount of 120,000 EURO.

Within the period of implementation, PWEG drafted SWM assessment for the Governorate and provided tariff plan for it and proper logistics plan for collection and transport of considering the new sanitary landfill and transfer station, also equipment’s for this purpose were purchased and placed under the responsibility of Hebron JSCSWM, PWEG prepared public workshops and demonstration activities in the Governorate of Hebron, Schools were organized and the local population was fully involved to enhance their understanding on the matter and developed a positive attitude towards SWM.
