The head of the Directorate of Joint Service Councils Mr. Kamel Hmeid and his senior staff presented one day training session on August 16th 2007 to the mayors and officials of the Joint Service Council North Jerusalem on August 16th 2007, the training was organized and facilitated by PWEG. Mr. Hmeid emphasized the importance of working together where he presented the PNA strategy on this regard, he elaborated on the importance of these Joint Service Councils and the reasons for its creation, he explained that few Councils are successfully working together and indicated how other Joint Councils could have the same success. Other two presentations on environmental issues were presented as well |
